I, William (Bill) Hartman, personally take responsibility for the contents of this website.

I understand that the material is a subject of controversy. However, it is time for genuine communication about the issues. A number of people I have spoken to agree with me on at least some of my perspectives. But they feel (rather unScoutlike) pressure to keep silent. So although I speak alone, for myself, I’m not the only one who is disturbed by the solutions that seem to be making things worse, not better.
